Pricing
Minimum order of 12 servings.
1.) Simple Buttercream cake, undecorated $8/per serving
2.) Simple Buttercream cake with sugarflowers $11/ps
3.)Fondant covered cake, undecorated $12/ps
4.) Fondant covered cake with sugarflowers $13/ps
Note: the final price will depend on the quantity of flowers used to decorate the cake. This is a topic to discuss during our consultation conversations.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% is required for all orders and is to be paid one month before the event, or up to 2 months when a design is more complicated.
Cake Tastings
Tasting boxes are available for $50 and come with samples of my vanilla and chocolate cake, paired with my vanilla and chocolate buttercreams, plus a choice of one specialty flavor of your choosing. Up to 2 additional specialty flavors can be added for $12 per flavor.
Flavors
The prices listed above are all based on simple combinations of either vanilla or chocolate cake with either vanilla or chocolate buttercream. For an additional fee, and dependent on the size of your cake, you can select from the following flavor combinations.
1.) “Strawberry Cheesecake Cake” - Vanilla cake, strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, cream cheese frosting
2.) Fresh ginger carrot cake, cream cheese frosting, optional walnut brittle
3.)“Chocolate Eclair Cake” - Vanilla cake, vanilla buttercream, crème pâtissière filling and chocolate sauce
4.) “Apple Pie Cake” - Brown butter cake, vanilla buttercream, apple pie filling, pie crust crumbs
5.) Lemon cake, vanilla buttercream, lemon curd filling (or any citrus)
6.) “Samoas Cake” - Vanilla coconut cake, chocolate buttercream, salted caramel, toasted coconut crumbles
7.) Chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting, sea salt caramel

Free pickup in Park Slope, Brooklyn
$20 for delivery within a one mile radius of Park Slope (see map below)
